Special Tests

SWEP can analyse many different sample types for many things, including some tests developed for special purposes. These are two regularly requested tests, but if you have special requirements of your own please Contact Us.

Pat Coleby Soil test

This is the Standard Soil Balance Analysis plus Total Phosphorus, which Pat requires if you want her to assist you with the results and recommendations. Upon completion, a copy will be sent to you and another directly to Pat Coleby so you can call her and discuss the results.

Important: Since not everyone needs a sample kit to send their samples, we do not automatically send a kit when orders are received via PayPal. If you are ordering tests and would like a sample kit, please follow this link to request one. Kits are FREE and will be sent as soon as your request is received.

Truffle Site Suitability Soil Test

This is the Standard soil test plus Total Calcium, Total Magnesium and particle size distribution. 

This test is intended to assist in the choice of a site where truffles can be grown. It is NOT suitable for use in established truffle orchards. Information of testing for this purpose is available exclusively through Truffles Australis and so cannot be ordered directly from SWEP.

Ordering Special Tests:

You can order soil tests for Pat Coleby in the same way as any of our other soil tests. To pay for your test online, you can use your Credit Card or a PayPal account for secure online payment by clicking the appropriate "Add to Cart" button below. But if you prefer not to use your credit card online, you can also either submit an email order by clicking the "Email Order" button or just send a sample with the payment enclosed. Customers within Australia have the option to enclose a cheque with their samples, include their credit card details on the appropriate Sample Information Form enclosed with their sample (see links below), or just send the samples and telephone their credit card details later.

Customers Outside Australia should either pay online or enclose the appropriate Sample Information form - containing their credit card details) with their sample.

Whether you choose to pay for your tests online or just send in an email order, at the completion of each process you will be forwarded to a page where you can access all the other information you require. You will also be sent a confirmation email with additional contact information should you have any further questions.

Ordering Instructions: After clicking on one of the Add to Basket buttons you will be directed to the PayPal site and a simple 5-step process: Step 1: Purchase details. The details of your purchase will appear in a new window. Here you have two choices - either proceed with the payment process or (if you want to add more items) continue to select other tests or optional items. Step 2: Payment method. Once you are ready to proceed you can either use a PayPal account, or your credit card details. Step 3: Your details. Here you will be asked for your postal address details (the place you want us to send the test report) and either your credit card or PayPal account details (depending on your choice in step 2). It is important to complete all details. Step 4: Review details. Here you can check the details you have entered and make corrections if necessary. Once you click Continue, you will be returned to the SWEP website. Step 5: Confirmation email. You will receive notification of your purchase details by email. Important: Please print a copy of your email notification from PayPal and enclose it with the sample(s) as proof of purchase.
