Your order has been successfully registered. If you have ordered your tests using our secure online system you will shortly be receiving email notification from PayPal. Please print out a copy of this email and include it with your samples as proof of purchase. If you chose the Email order-form option, we will be in contact with you by return email shortly.

Now all that remains is to collect the sample and send it to us. You can access all the information you need to do this from here.

In many ways, this is the most important part of the entire process, since no test can ever be better than the sample received at the Laboratory. We have everything you need on our website and you can easily browse your way to the necessary information from here, but to help simplify things a bit, we have put together a collection of "Quick-Links" to the information you are most likely to need right now.   Sample Information. Collecting a good sample is important, but we will also need some information to be sent along with the sample as well. We have a series of 'Sample Information Forms' you can print or download as PDF files specifically for this purpose. Simply choose where you are sending samples from, using the links opposite.   Packaging & Sending Samples. This process differs a little depending on whether you are sending samples from within Australia or from another country. Simply click on the link opposite that suits your location to view the appropriate information.

  Sample Kits. You do not need a Sample Kit in order to send us a sample, but if you are in Australia, we can send you one if you like (just click on the link to the right).
