How to become a SWEP Agent
Presently, SWEP has a network of more than 100 agents throughout Australia. They include agronomists, consultants and farm advisers. They are not restricted to any specific region or territory, nor do they need to support any products, philosophies, methods of production or crop specialities.
The major requirements to becoming an agent are as follows:
- Have substantial knowledge of agriculture
- View soil is a living system and the basis for sustainable productivity
- Have a keen interest to learn more about the Mikhail System and
- Be prepared to follow the SWEP recommendations
- Be likely to submit a minimum of 50 samples per year
